We have a 30-day return policy. If you would like to return an item and receive a refund, you can do so within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date you have placed your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in new condition, without any visible traces of usage, in the original packaging. You would also need the receipt or proof of purchase. CycleMate does not cover shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s).

How to Request a Refund

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or unused and still in original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Return & Exchange Shipping

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
