SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME:

1, After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with the tracking details.

2, The Total Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

  • Processing Time = Period of time between the date an order is placed and when it is shipped.
  • Shipping Time = Period taken by a shipment to reach its intended destination and delivered to you.

All orders will be delivered via YunExpress/UPS/DHL/FedEx after processing.

We try to group all of your orders together so that you receive a single package, though sometimes your orders may arrive in separate packages.

Please note that shipping times are approximated from the time your purchase leaves our warehouse.

DUTIES & TAXES

The United States and Canada

  • Duties are included. Taxes are applied on check out page according to the state/province of the shipping address.

Australia, United Kingdom, and Germany

  • Import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Other international shipments

  • There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that cyclemate does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

MULTIPLE ADDRESS

Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use if you would like items to ship to different destinations.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on cyclemate.store the package will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the item in original condition/original packaging, you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

NOTE

  • There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery dates; any delivery delay or issue is solely the responsibility of the shipping company but will be investigated by ourselves.
  • If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please email support@cyclemate.store within 7 working days of the delivery date. Any items reported as lost past this period will be denied for replacement or refund.
